Construction litigation

We represent contractors in disputes over payment claims, change orders, liens, delays, defects, and injuries that arise during projects. Our team of Lawyers enforce contract terms and recover damages for clients.�

Environmental compliance

We ensure projects comply with environmental regulations around land use, permitting, contamination, habitat protection, and more. For example, we conducted due diligence on several sites at Katampe extension,a highbrow area in Abuja before purchase and development.
